Minyma Technologies is a software development company I co-founded at age 22, which I grew from a small team to 26 people within a year. As CEO, I led the team, managed product development, sales, and operations, achieving over €300,000 in annual revenue. The company specialized in custom software development, embedded systems, and computer vision projects for Hungarian and international clients. This venture taught me invaluable lessons about scaling a tech business, team leadership, and building sustainable revenue streams.
